FundsFix or DonorsFix menu is not under the QuickBooks Company menu
- Verify that you are running a supported version of QuickBooks.
- Verify that FundsFix or DonorsFix is installed.
- Go to the Windows control panel installed program list
For XP: Start - Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs
For Vista/Windows 7: Start - Control Panel - Programs - Programs and Features
- Scroll through the list and see if FundsFix or DonorsFix is an installed program.
- Verify that FundsFix or DonorsFix is connected to QuickBooks.
- Start QuickBooks and select Preferences... under the Edit menu.
- Select Integrated Applications along the left side and Company Preferences along the top.
- FundsFix or DonorsFix should be listed as an Application Name and there should be a check mark in the left column next to the name.
- Select FundsFix or DonorsFix and click on Properties....
- The "Allow this application to read and modify this company file" check box should be checked and the remaining check boxes should not be set.
- If FundsFix or DonorsFix is not listed as an integrated application, try manually connecting to QuickBooks.
- Exit QuickBooks
